What do I mean by this? I’d like to ask you a question first. What do you think is common between faith and fear? Think about it and then continue reading.

The answer is, both of them are perceptions about the unseen, like the future. We don't know what the future holds for us, do we? Either we feel anxious about it or at peace with it or what it might have to offer. This depends on our perception. When it is out for your hands, it deserves freedom from your mind too.

There is a flow chart which shows that in reality there is nothing to worry about. And of course while worrying is completely natural, it is also harmful to us. Why? Because it steals the present moment from us. And the present moment is the most powerful, so when we worry, we’re unconsciously giving our power away. It also brings you to a lower vibration. If anytime you happen to have anxiety about something, have a look at this.

Know that it’s never the situation alone, it’s how you perceive the situation as well. And that has the 90% impact. You are the one truly in control. Realise your power.

I hope this helped you in some way or the other :)
